Being focused on learning and growth will pay dividends to you and those around you. It is true, in your career, in your business, in your relationships, and in life. Regardless of where you sit seven years is enough time to change anything. In fact, it is enough time to correct any problem.
All you need to do is plant seeds. Then, tend them.
Allow New Life To Form
We know that forest fires happen and will continue to happen. Additionally, we have learned that they are necessary for the process of renewal. It is true, we are afraid of them and do not want to be impacted by them. We are very familiar with the devastation they cause as a forest fire rips through thousands of acres of land. Leaving absolute devastation behind.
However, not long after this devastation the landscape starts to recover.
From the smallest seed’s life begins again. Subsequently, the forces of nature act to reinvigorate the land and bring new life.
It will never be the same forest; the landscape will look different. After 7 years of growth the signs of devastation will be lost to memory. And, abundance returns.
This year has been difficult for all of us and we are not certain what the next few months will bring. We do know that our career and businesses have changed and may never be the same again. We think that life has changed and will never be normal. Many of us have faced changes in relationships. We stand in the forest after the devastation. Wondering what to do.

What themes existed in your life last year that you do not want back? Additionally, what changes were you hoping for that you thought you had lost?
Change These Ideas Into Action
At work have the conversation with your boss about where you see your career going.
In fact, this is not a fruitless act. Keep in mind, there may not be immediate gratification for your desired state.
Additionally, at home the conversation with your partner on your goals and dreams.
Be Part of Change
Plant the seeds today for the business you want to own, plant a seed with your boss for the career path you are burning to pursue, plant the seed for the new relationships you want to attract in your life. If you take these steps now and get clear on where you are headed, you will be at the forefront when momentum builds again, and abundance returns to life.
You may look back to today, seven years from now. And, be amazed at the way your life looks compared to where you were.
