We feel it is important that people develop a strong work ethic, that people learn by getting an education and find a way to give back to others in their lifetime. Although any course you complete, any degree you pay for, will not determine your level of success or ability to leave the world a better place. We hope to help you realize that it does not matter where you enter your working life, what matters is your ability to learn, adapt and expand your scope of service to others. It does not matter how much your starting salary is or that your family is proud of the title you carry. What matters is the choices you make with the lessons available to you, with the money that enters your hands and your attitude and actions toward others along the way.
In our lives and careers there are points where we run into difficulty. These can be in the form of a bad boss, an employer that will never pay you what you know you are worth, a company culture that holds you back and prevents individual success or family expectations that keep you in a career path that will try to kill your soul. These difficulties, and they may be numerous, are where the learning and opportunity exist. These challenging times will be the real teachers in your life and if you accept these challenges and learn from them, they will be the things that ultimately make you the person you are meant to be in this world. Learn to meet them head on, know that you will be ok and seek the lessons that life has provided. There is one critical point here, once you have learned a lesson, don’t go back. Life has a funny way of letting us try again if we didn’t get it right the first time. Some of us will decide to repeat one or more of these lessons, possibly indefinitely, by our choice to remain static.
The information provided in these posts are experiential, they come from real events and lessons learned. They come from stories that no one owns but the individual telling them. They come from the heart with strong desire to help others.
